The set-up depends on the size of the organization and what resources you have in-house, but normally the consultant works with you for half a day every week, up to several days for a limited time.

Our sustainability consultants are used to quickly understanding assignments with high complexity and work smoothly in different corporate cultures.

We start with a meeting to go through your specific situation, what you want to achieve and the scope of the assignment. You will then receive a proposal for one of our consultants who is best suited for the assignment. We can usually start the assignment right away.
